Overnight Delegate Package |
The Overnight Delegate Package is available for conference delegates at Sudima Hotel Christchurch Airport.
This package includes one nights’ accommodation in one of our well appointed Christchurch hotel rooms. Conference delegates can choose to stay the night before or after the meeting / conference date.
From $127.50 incl. GST per person, per night (twin-share occupancy). Supplement rate for single occupancy is an additional cost of $67.50 inclusive).
Meeting Room
Includes: conference room hire, standard whiteboard and markers, flipchart and markers, TV / video player, projection screen, pads and pens, mints, iced water and free car parking.
On Arrival
Freshly-brewed coffee and a selection of teas.
Morning Tea
Freshly brewed coffee and assortment of teas, served with fresh home-baked muffins or scones.
Lunch
Sudima Hotel Christchurch Airport will provide a chef's choice working lunch buffet, complimented with freshly brewed coffee and assortment of teas.
Afternoon Tea
Freshly brewed coffee and assortment of teas, with home-baked biscuits.
Conditions
Subject to availability. Minimum 20 delegates or 10 twin rooms. Valid for confirmed business until 30 September 2010. A single supplement rate of $60+GST applies.
