Sample Conference Itinerary |
Your conference at Sudima Hotel Christchurch Airport can follow our pre-planned conference itinerary or we can plan your conference specifically for your group’s individual needs. Please contact our conference team if you would like more information on this itinerary.
This itinerary below is suitable for groups of 50 to 150 people.
Day One
- Conference delegates are greeted by Sudima Hotel staff at Christchurch International Airport and transported to the hotel (five minutes from the airport)
- Delegates enjoy a casual welcome luncheon in the hotel dining room or while relaxing by the pool
- Delegates meet in one or more of Sudima Hotel Christchurch Airport’s six well appointed conference rooms for a half-day session
- Delegates enjoy a pre-dinner drink by the fire before they are transported to nearby Larcomb Vineyard for the welcome dinner. Delegates enjoy a ‘Rattle the Rafters’ barn dance in the recently completed purpose built ‘barn restaurant’. This is a wonderful opportunity for delegates to mix and mingle in a casual relaxed setting
Day Two
- Delegates enjoy a buffet breakfast in our Christchurch Airport hotel’s dining room
- Delegates meet in one or more of Sudima Hotel Christchurch Airport’s six well-appointed conference rooms for full-day session.
- Delegates are picked up by Hagglund Antarctic vehicles and transported via all-terrains to the International Antarctic Centre next door. Delegates are greeted by the Ice King and Queen before enjoying a bubbly or mulled wine in the fabulous interactive areas; the snow and ice room, the four seasons’ room, the penguin enclosure and the main exhibit area. Delegates are then royally escorted into the atrium for a fabulous themed gala dinner.
Day Three
- Delegates enjoy a buffet breakfast in the hotel dining room
- Delegates meet for a half day conference session
- Delegates enjoy gourmet lunch and outdoor activities (including golf, archery, axe throwing, chipping, and fishing) at the nearby Clearwater Resort
- Delegates are farewelled by Sudima staff at the Christchurch International Airport or stay on to enjoy other post conference activities in the fabulous Christchurch / Canterbury region

Overnight Delegate Package
Enjoy one nights’ accommodation in one of our well appointed Christchurch hotel rooms. Conference delegates can choose to stay the night before or after the conference date.
